This is a middle grade book. I loved the magical realism that was used in this book. I also think this book would be good for younger middle grade readers (3rd to 6st grade). I loved the characters in this book, and I really loved the message in this book. I wish the storyline/plot was a little bit better because I feel it was basic magical realism story with a good massage. I liked the pictures that was in the book. I receive an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
