I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I enjoyed using this workbook alongside my daily journal. It allowed me to take a moment and breathe and think hard about the simple things that I should be grateful for and how to express that on a daily basis. It is something I can go back to and read and see my own progress. I love the quotes that are on the nice watercolor pages. It was a nice touch.
