Green Living, like many other books of its genre discusses ideas of saving electricity and water, recycling, etc. but it also covers topics not talked about in many other books. One thing I noticed was that there are a lot of definitions which is fantastic and addresses something many other books do not. Many eco-lifestyle terms are buzz words today, but many people do not know the true meaning of them. The writers have even taken the time to compare words with similar concepts but distinct differences in meaning.

Another thing done here that is not in other places is the in-depth discussion of sustainability on multiple fronts. Here readers can learn about acting in a more sustainable way through agriculture, development, manufacturing and everyday living.

I feel like I could ramble on and on about this book. I learned so much, and this is a topic that I read about and follow online regularly. It is a very quick read as well; you could easily read it from cover to cover in an afternoon.
