This was a very inspiring read with a lot of great ideas on living a Christian life and facing your challenges with the right mentality. As someone who has struggled a lot in the past several years with life's challenges and questioned why God would put me through what I have been through, I could deeply relate to the content of this one. The author tells stories of his time in the BUD/s training for the Navy SEALS to show how you can overcome challenges. The stories were all very entertaining and interesting to read about. If you are looking to have a better mindset, this is a great read for you!

Dare To Live Greatly was written by christian author, L.C.Fowler, who successfully graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition Seal Training, despite not being a good swimmer.
He believes that, surviving as a christian today, requires the grit, courage and confidence of a navy seal in training. After finishing this amazing book, I couldn't agree with him more.
Fowler took his experiences and training as a Navy Seal, and applied it as a practical guide to how christians should be living today.
Reading about all he's gone through and still came out on the other side with his faith intact, was just amazing to me. There's a saying that, " the Lord doesn't give you more than you can bear", well boy, Fowler can surely bear. I probably would've called it quits after that rat incident.
This man's entire life is a testimony.
Every chapter was filled with challenges that he managed to go through with a corresponding word from God. I was reminded that as a christian, I can't just talk about it, but BE about it. Action is paramount in this christian walk.
I truly enjoyed this one, as it's rekindled a fire to my faith-journey once again.
These inspirational pages makes me want to pull myself up by the boots, and get back on the road to my God-given purpose.
I know after reading this book, you will too.
