Thank you NetGalley for the eARC. I love anything historical. This was no different. I did not know much about this time period but I fully loved this book. Some of the scenes were intense and I could not put the book down. I recommend

Wow! This book is about several people, of different cultures, trying to defend their way of life or take over someone else's way of life. The story takes place during the Punic Wars, and although a fictionalized story, is very realistic. I think anyone who loves historic, especially ancient civilization historic novels, will like this book. It is well written and the characters make you feel for them.
