Description
All I ever wanted was my father’s approval, but when he dies, he leaves me his boxing club instead. When new boxer, Dean, walks into the club, the promise I made becomes that much more difficult to keep.
My father’s last wish is for me to take over the failing Youngblood Boxing Club. I never wanted it, and yet, I find myself struggling to rescue it from financial ruin. Dean, our cocky, new boxer promises he can win titles and help me save the club.
I’m torn between the duty to my legacy, and protecting my heart.
As much as I fight the attraction, I can’t deny he sets my pulse racing. I vowed never to fall for a boxer, but Dean is set on winning my heart as well.

I really enjoyed this book by Sumi Singh. It was very well done and would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
Sydney just lost her dad and he willed her his boxing club. Sydney is determined to not let his legacy down by turning this business around and making a profit. While she is on the beach to clear her head she runs into a very hot guy. Little did she know that they would be seeing each other again. Dean just moved to town to pursue his dream. He knows he has what it takes all he needs is some one who believes in him. He goes to the boxing club that he was told about from his grandfather when he was little. He knew this is where he was meant to be and was going to make a name for himself. Little did he know, that the girl he has thought about since running into her on the beach was the owner of the club. Sydney is willing to take a chance on him because he has raw talent and skills that the club hasn’t seen since her dad boxed. Will they both make it to the top while also building a relationship that will last? I was given an ARC through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
