Exceptional work. Received advanced reader copy via NetGalley.
Being an executive in supply chain and having more than 10yrs experience in freight forwarding, I can surely say, this book is a gem. It has to offer tons of useful information to anyone interested in subject, from complete newcomer with no experience and knowledge, to experts, who can surely pick ideas and insights from the work.
It gives a definitive introduction to many aspects of complex operations of supply chain, state where we stand today and more importantly, where we are heading to.
I was mostly interested in digitization of freight forwarding chapter.
An excellent, complex, easy to digest yet plenty to offer book. It will surely be recommended to my new employees as data and ideas are not outdated.
