This is such a fun book to share with our children, it gets people talking, and the facts are generally enlightening for adults as well as kids!

I love that this is interspersed with facets that help make a parents life easier - such as why we can’t just eat foods we love, and why kids need to go to bed early!!I

Overall I loved this book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone, particularly parents.
