The author tells her emotional journey of her experiences with her mother while growing up. It is a moving story of an adult reliving her abusive youth. It is heart-wrenching at times, but she was able to turn her life around and overcome her past to claim freedom and victory over the abuse and her abuser. Very inspiring the strength this woman has and how lucky we are that she has shared it with us. To encourage us and show readers that there is always hope!!
