My 9 year old co-reviewer found this a very good, exciting book. The protagonist, Hannah, didn't let her physical disability stop her from finding Jesse's medal and saving the day along with her friends.

From start to finish, I enjoyed this book. It was filled with fun, adventure and suspense perfect for children and even adults too.

The fact that it was written by a true athlete, Ellie Robinson, showed in the sporting terminology used and in the wonderful descriptive way she wrote.

I really hope that this is the first of many books in the gold medal mysteries. We need a new light hearted but intriguing mystery series.
