This was a quick but encouraging read. My favorite part of the book is how she encourages women leaders to build up and support other women. She addresses many hot topics like gender pay gap and the negativity surrounded by women being assertive. She offers practical and useful advice for how to over come these things as well as others.I think any woman in leadership would benefit from this book.
