Description
Anthony woke up in a white room. He had been reborn into a strange new world called the Endless Realms. Surviving in this world will not be easy, with incredibly powerful beings roaming the world at their discretion.
Above them all rule the gods of the universe, The Ninefold Hegemons. From the very start, Anthony is pitted against these gods and he must fight to not only live but thrive in this new world.
The Endless Realms is a vast world of near infinite size and potential and the only limit to the power an individual can gain is their own willpower and ingenuity.

I generally don't like the destined hero trope but this one is interesting the mcs soul clung to life so tightly it found a realm where it could live. And that sets the baseline for his stubbornness and willpower."

This book is a well written example of how to blend genres successfully. From the Ashes:A Cultivation Journey, Book 1 incorporates aspects of many different fantasy genres into one cohesive whole. The progression aspect is a large focus in the book but it does not detract from its greater scope and there are many insightful insights into the history of the fictional world that add another level of engagement to the book. It is a very enjoyable read and there were few moments in which I was bored or looking for more.
