Wow, I'm so impressed with this book ! Everything looks delicious. Some, I had never even seen or heard of ! Tacos sushi ?? Amazed ! From savoury to sweet, from breakfast to dessert, everything you need for a party or family gathering. There are even cocktails recipes. Impatient to try them all !!

Wow what a surprise. I thought this book would give me great ideas for dinner parties which it has but I also have a menu plan for this weekend as well using the little breakfast offerings in this book and then to top it off there are some beautiful cocktails in the back that I have never heard of and I’m desperate to try so this book will be getting a lot of use.

I absolutely love this cookbook! Food and miniatures are some of my favorite things so to combine them is right up my alley. This book has a huge variety of recipes, holiday ideas and even drinks. I love that there are photos for every recipe too. You eat with your eyes first! This would be a great housewarming or hostess gift or book to display on your counters too.

This book made me salivate! Sooo many different recipes, even drink recipes at the end! It’s given me so many great ideas for parties and book club meetings at my house! There are plenty of ideas in here too for kids to make with you! Can’t wait to try out these recipes!!

This book is an absolute must have for anyone that likes to entertain! It's packed with so many fantastic, creative ideas and every idea has a photo which I really like in a cookbook. A huge selection of bites that would be great for so many different occasions to make things simple, and exciting for you and your guests. I cannot wait to try some of these out at my next event!

This cookbook immediately made me smile. The foods are adorable! Not only are they adorable but they look delicious, don’t sound difficult to make, and don’t for any hard to find ingredients.

I started saving recipes right away: cacio e Pepe bites, sushi taco bites, blooming onion bites, pad Thai cups, elite bites….these are really unique ideas that I would love to serve and love to eat!

I seriously can't get over this book! Even though I have a digital copy, I already know I will be purchasing a hard copy. the ideas in this book were SO much fun! I will be making ALL of these. it weaves together party ideas, holidays and delicious tiny bits and appetizer ideas. I love it so much!

As someone who could easily live on dips (yes, just like in “Only Murders in the Building”) and appetizers, I highly approve of this book. I especially love that no recipe in this book would be taxing on even the most basic of cooks or bakers and that they cover the year-round aspect as so many books only cover bites themed to holiday parties.

I also especially love the mocktails aspect and their recipes as I hate getting “Christmas / holiday spirit” pushed on me when I drive and don’t like being around drunk people…ever. #cutyourselfoff

The recipes in this book are really fun, unique and creative! You can use these recipes for different occasions. The pictures throughout the book are great and the directions for each recipe are easy to understand and follow. 10/10 would reccomend

This book gives appetizers a new twist! So many tasty bite-size treats in this book from BLT bites to Sushi tacos, the author takes it up a notch on simple foods and recipes, cut down to mouthful morsels. I definitely recommend this book for entertaining.

This appetizer book is honestly fantastic. Each recipe includes the image which is always a huge plus for cookbooks in my opinion. The images all are beautiful and there are fun family pictures included as well. It is a great selection of bites as well and from the table of contents I was excited. I super enjoy that it explains how to store each individual recipe and tells you how many it makes. I also really found the holiday festivities recipes super fun.

Really excited to make use of this cookbook for entertaining friends at dinner parties and potlucks. So many fun things to try.

I loved the photography, the simplicity and the creativity of the recipes. I also really loved the different categories to choose between! This is exactly what I was looking for, for hosting! Can't wait to make my way through most of these recipes.

You know when someone asks you to bring an appetizer or dessert to a party and your mind goes completely blank? Then you start frantically searching the internet for ideas only to be met with millions of recipes? It's overwhelming!
Let Maegan take the pressure off! This book is full of beautiful photos and delicious recipes to wow your friends and family. Each recipe consists of a "bite" that packs a delicious punch. Some of my favorites are from the holiday category including shamrock pretzel bites and birthday cake cookie bites. Who knew a bugel could be made into a party hat so easily?! Speaking of bugels, all of the recipes in this book use easy to find ingredients that can be found at grocery stores.
Like any good hostess, Maegan understands the need for a delicious "sip" to go along with these tasty bites. She includes exciting cocktails at the end of the book including an orange cream mimosa and a merry margarita.
This book will become your cookbook of choice when it comes to parties, holidays and gatherings!

What a fun cookbook! All the recipes in here are for bite size foods, so they would be great for a party/gathering or a fun family dinner.
Chapters on Bites are: Party, Holiday, Breakfast, Snack, and Dessert. There's also a chapter on Sips (drinks).
The recipes in here are varied flavors, and each includes a full color photo. Some are a bit more towards assembly of store bought items but others are about cooking.
Overall, I think this is a fun book for those who enjoy entertaining or making meals out of a variety of small bites.

Love the cover and title....meals prepped a little differently if your tired of the grind. Mini bites! I absolutely enjoyed the ideas in this book. Little tightly packed bites with all the flavor. I love the idea. I book marked more than a few to try and the unique way it was presented in.

What did I like. Obviously the scale down method feels like a hit for me. Brilliant bites goes a bit further in my mind with some changes to recipes and personal favorites. If you have littles or dinner party plans this would be a great way to scale down over serving. I personally wish it had some freezing methods for a few of these. For those pop up dinners that you ran out of time for.

Would I recommend or buy? I would definitely love a copy for my shelf. It certainly looked very simple to use. I love simplicity and the types of food displayed as well as the really cute breakfast bites for an on the go. I think anyone with kids would love this book. It also had a drink section which you could do non alcoholic if need be.

I was able to get so many ideas and I can't wait to try them out! The recipes seem very easy and doesn't require tons of ingredients. Absolutely perfect cookbook for people who love to entertain. But there are so many cute recipes! They would even be perfect for just you and your love on movie night etc.

This is a must have.

Brilliant Bites has so many bite-sized recipes and all look fun and inspiring. I loved that there were all kinds of recipes from savoury to sweet and all the photos looked amazing.

I love hosting friends and I am always searching for small plates that people can easily grab and go while hanging out. This book has so many amazing recipes that are perfect for feeding large groups of friends when you aren’t doing a sit down meal.

We tend to hang out outside and play yard games. So many of these are perfect for grabbing a bite between corn hole matches. I live in the south and it is hot, I appreciate that a lot of the options are light and can be served cold. There are also lots of options that are warm for when we are inside during the winter.

The very first think I want to try is the enchilada egg rolls, followed closely by the blooming onion bites and the chocolate hazelnut babka bites.

I will definitely be coming back to the book often.

Wow! This book is full of so many amazing ideas! I can’t wait to make some of these recipes for my young son. This is a book both children and adults can enjoy. My son had fun looking at the pictures and pointing out different things he wanted me to make. I love that the book also includes lots of great photos. A must have in any cookbook collection!

Brilliant Bites is a fantastic collection of recipes of bite size snacks. There are recipes for party bites, holiday bites, breakfast bites, snack bites, and dessert bites, along with some cocktails and drinks to go with them.

I am in love with this cookbook! All of the recipes are simple to make. I'm not a big one for complicated recipes, and Maegan Brown makes these tasty and delicious, while keeping these simple enough for any busy person. My favorites are the Steak Frites bites and the Santa Hat and Rudolph Pancakes bites. This is a must-have for my cookbook collection!

This is maybe the perfect cookbook for me. I love appetizers. My family does tea parties and so many of these would be great additions. I cannot wait to try many of these recipes.

I wish I'd had this book when I was throwing my last new year's party. BIG selection of canapés and finger-foods, all beautifully presented. Not just party food either - there are sections on snacks and breakfast bites too - plus cocktails at the end! A great resource for creative party bites (trust me, I browsed a lot of Pinterest looking for ideas and this is much better curated than that), snacks and cute food.

One of the most fun cookbooks I’ve read in a while! This book gave me so many ideas for small party apps for any occasion! I’m talking breakfast, lunch , dinner. It gave me so many fun recipes to make and I tried a couple and they were to die for. Definitely buying a physical copy.
