Dave Hall was educated in H. M. Forces schools around the world and eventually left school at 17. After a brief spell in Benidorm, he returned to the UK and, inspired by his wife Yvonne’s career in the property industry, decided to swap his successful franchise for a property portfolio. Alongside Property Finders North East Ltd, he runs Landlord’s Best Friend, a site which gives landlords the chance to protect their investment from scammers, con artists and fraudsters by sharing information about unsuitable tenants.
