I would have liked references as it allows for further insight where needed.

Eye opening. This book has a lot of good information regarding insomnia. As someone who has had trouble sleeping for years I learned more about insomnia from this book then I had before. The knowledge gained will definitely be helpful to battle my own insomnia.
