A self help book full of wisdom which features the law of attraction among other things, and discusses the work of Dr Emoto with water. I actually felt that a variety of therapies were offered and described in detail. I cannot speak too highly of this book and would recommend it.

I found this guide very helpful and will refer back to it often to add to my "toolbox" of strategies to deal with mental health challenges. I like the summaries at the end of each chapter and found the content very easy to read and digest. The book doesn't overload with information and focuses on practical exercises and strategies, outlining these step by step with pictures to demonstrate. My psychologist has mentioned the "personal bubble" strategy to me before but it was helpful to get more specific instructions on how to use this daily to create a sense of safety, when one is healing from trauma and used to being on survival mode. It's not easy to heal but this book shows you how it can become a more manageable and actionable process.

Kudos for the authors being fans of Brené Brown too.

At a time when anxiety, depression and other mental health issues are hitting an all time high thanks to the stresses of modern living and the after-effects of the pandemic, this book is a tremendously useful resource for people who are seeking to find ways of getting better.

Not only does it offer a wide range of tools, it provides practical advice on how to use those techniques on a day today basis. The explanations provided are clear and will be easily understood by most readers.

I particularly liked the summary segments at the end of each chapter, which enable people to get to the essence of what they need to know in order to put these ideas into practice and rapidly feel better.

The points regarding the role and nature of the autonomic nervous system, and the importance of mindfulness, of taming a negative inner voice, and of being aware of what you are sending out into the universe are well made. Highly recommended.
