3,5* rounded to 4* When I selected this book I wished to be swept away on a Wales country land and I can say that's what I got.

Amy's spending some time home sitting a cottage for ther aunt, trying to settle again after a bad break up.
Andrew Giles is the son of her neighbour, a old farmer recovering from a stroke, he's a brilliant awarded architect who spends his weekend coming home to help his father keeping hold of his farm and life.
Set in a little country town where everybody knows everybody's business, Amy enjoys the joys of being in contact with the nature and with a community.

There where some really amusing moments, some moving ones, but how I stated earlier what really charmed me was the setting, I almost felt there on those hills.
I really appraciated all the side characters and how the contributed to the story.
A perfect romance for a fall cozy day read.

Wow this is the first book I've read by Sally morgan and just wow.
It's amazing. Such a sweet story going from disliking someone to loving them as much as drew and Amy do. This story makes a person's heart feel happy and makes you smile and giggle especially when drew climbs the ladder not once but twice.
Hammy is such a clever puppy I'm so glad he is and that Amy followed him. Otherwise the story would of had a very sad ending. I can't wait to read more from this author

I’m not going to lie I was drawn to this book because of its cover, but I stayed for the story. It was cute and lighthearted read, the perfect book to read in between heavy ones. I loved the overall vibe of the story, it was just a feel-good story.

Amy is recovering from a bad break uo, currently homeless she agrees to look after her Aunts Cottage in Wales while she visits New Zealand.

Andrew is stuck between his architecture business and his family farm currently run by his ailing father.

Through a dog called hamburger they meet but it's more hate at first site rather than love.

Both of them are wary of a new relationship but they keep being drawn together. But can they leave the past and face a future together.

This was a great book with lovely characters, you could even imagine the snow drifts.

Definitely worth a read.
