Description
Take a moment to sit down and read with your little one as this cute pair of pandas compare their love to all the things they see. Dandelion clocks, tabby kittens, and building bricks are just some of the fun items in the rhyming couplets that cascade through this beautiful read. This fun and bouncy text will keep your child engaged as they grow from baby to toddler. With a vivid yellow color scheme, this sweet book is a visual as well as an emotional joy. The contrasting yellow and black help with eyesight development in babies, and children will love spotting the fun little details as they get older.
A cute and colorful way to show your child the deep affection between parent and child, grandparent and child, and more, and a new take on the phrase ‘I love you to the moon and back’. A story which pulls on the heartstrings, and a touching read to share with little ones this Valentine's Day.

Such a sweet book. Great thing to read at bedtime. Loved the mama panda and baby. Definitely recommend reading as a bedtime book.
This is the cutest book! This would be great for a classroom read a loud or a bedtime story at home. The illustrations are the cutest and you just want to squeeze the pandas!
Colorful and fun! My son loved the pandas and the yellow color. It's a great topic because we discuss how we show love a lot, especially after having a new sibling in the house. The story wasn't too long and I liked that the story rhymed. My son's favorite part was when the bears when on a picnic! Thank you for complimentary copy in exchange for this honest review! I wish that I could access this in the kindle app so we could read it on our kindle fire!
What an adorable book for littles! The pictures and rhymes are so cute! A great book for winding down for a nap or the night!
Omg!!!! This is the cutest panda book ever 😭
Just read this book with the babies, your students, your nephews and nieces and even to your pets! Too cute!
The illustrations and the colourful pages shooked me for real!
Yes, I can’t write proper English when my heart is full of love.
Thank you, Frances Lincoln Children’s Books, for the advance reading copy.
This is a perfect “read every night” type of story! It’s so sweet and so basic. I really loved it !!
What an easy-to-love picturebook story following a panda parent and his/her baby. I enjoyed all of the different ways that the panda parent describes things that are easy to love and how that is like the love that parents have for their babies. I liked the bright yellow background with the black and white pandas in the illustrations. The pandas really pop out on such a bright color background and I am sure that young children are drawn to such bright contrasts in colors. I would have loved to have read this to my children when they were little babies. I think this would make a great baby shower gift.
This is a sweet, easy read. The rhymes are easy for a younger reader to understand, while also being a good connection book for a parent to read to a child.
Overall, the book reminds us of the love we share.
What a lovely book! The illustrations are wonderful, and I love the yellow, it feels so sunshiny! It's a book full of love and warmth. I'm excited to share this book with my grandson soon.
This was such a cute book that we really enjoyed reading together! My four year old thought the pictures were really fun, and I enjoyed this one as well.
"How do I love thee? Let me count the ways!" Big and little panda tell many of the ways they love each other. Well done!
The illustrations by the author are fun, simple, colorful, and delightful.
Well suited for reading WITH someone of any age including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone, but especially to a school or your local public library!

What a sweet book. Reminiscent of "My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music", "I Love You" shows an adult and a baby panda romping through fun activities—each of which is a new way to tell the baby panda that it is loved. "I love you like / a crayon drawing dragons", promises the book, and in turn I love the creativity that has gone into each choice.
The illustrations here are simple but high-contrast, with enough detail to keep readers entertained...and pandas that look truly snuggly. This is definitely one to be read aloud—young readers might enjoy it alone, of course, but it'll be at its best when it's not a solo endeavor; I'm willing to bet that the author made a point to read this aloud throughout the process of writing to check the flow and rhythm of the book. An excellent addition to an early reader's bookshelf.
Thanks to the author and publisher for providing a review copy through NetGalley.
What a cute and adorable two pandas! The mom and her kids.
The illustartion really make my day. You should read it with your kids and try to ask them “i love you like what?” based on the story. For example, I said to my daughter; i love you like a moon and the star.
This book explain about love the way you are between mom and their kids. Such a cute way to express the feelings. I really love the book like a paper and the tree! Is it realateable? Nevermind.
This is such a lovely picture book. The art style is really eye catching. The yellow background with the pandas really 'pops'. And, of course, it teaches very young children about love and the bond with caregivers. Lovely!
