I have truly enjoyed reading this book due to two factors: practical application of the frames and ideas as well easiness of material presentation. There are very good ideas to taking a business off the ground with a well-designed approach and working structure. The approach is quite straightforward and relies on a solid execution combined with well known project and program management practicies. There are also good examples to illustrate the ideas which makes overall book concept comprehensive.
