I have lived with gut issues for a while now and this book has been helpful in eliminating some of my issues, still working on some. Not only is gut health painful but you lose sleep, and diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, etc. is also associated with gut health. If you have gut problems, you should be able to talk to yourself to your Dr. about your gastrointestinal issues. Just remember our guts are not the same, I may be able to eat something and its ok, but your spouse may not be able to. Gut health is on the rise in the world today, because of fast foods, processed foods, stress, and more. I found the section about the myths of gut health interesting to say the least and loved the success stories. A really nice book that could help your gut.

Overall, this is a handy guide that someone could refer to anytime they begin experiencing changes.

This book really will transform your life if you follow the easy to understand message and information. I loved the holistic approach this well written book provides and it's so beneficial to women. The overall message is self care and eating right is a great start. Such wonderful advice and encouragement on the healthiest ways to achieve a healthier lifestyle. If you implement the information and suggestions they will help you heal your gut and your mind giving you a much clearer focus.

This book is a great resource for women searching to find balance in their gut biome. It gives clear and simple explanations of bodily processes, as well as components that work for or against women's bodies. The discussion of the brain-gut connection was highly fascinating, and provides evidence of the old saying, "trust your gut'. I will recommend this book for our collection. For someone who doesn’t know a lot about women and gut health, I thought this was a good book for a starting point. It provides introductory information on the gut health of women and some things you can do that may improve it. I enjoyed the simplicity of the writing style throughout this book. It did not overload me with too much bulky information. I do, however, wish that it went a little bit more in depth towards the end of the book with the information they talked about. Starting the book out slow and basic was great, especially for those who don’t have a lot of background knowledge on this topic, but I do think it should have picked up the pace a little and provided more detail as the book went on.

Understanding this and aiding our guts to be in the most optimum condition is aiding our bodies for optimum health.

Like a good engine being fine tuned for maximum output.
