Richard John Bingham, 7th Earl of Lucan disappeared mysteriously on 8th November 1974 after his nanny Sandra Rivett was found murdered. Lucan’s disappearance has been a hot topic in the media ever since with most believing Lucan to be the murderer. Although there have been several sightings of Lucan since this date his whereabouts is unknown. Lucan was officially declared dead in 1999, although no death certificate has ever been issued as his body has never been found.
