City Bird is a great introduction to birding in North America! I loved the style of the writing on this one. It was all very fun and each of the birds got beautiful illustrations and just-for-fun nicknames.

My husband and I recently put up a birdfeeder, and this was a very fun way to identify some of our feathered friends. I loved the map in the back that shows you where each of these birds could be found & the section for notetaking.

Thanks to NetGalley, Angela Harrison Vinet, and Quarto Publishing for the chance to read and review!

As a lover of birds I had to download this book. Even as an Australian I found the information interesting and useful for some birding adventures. The illustrations in the book are beautiful, featuring birds from North America.
This will be a book I can refer back to and read for enjoyment over and over, it is such an adorable book which perfectly depicts the cheeky nature of birds.
