"Self-Care for Winter" is a beautifully designed book that got me excited for the colder months right from the start. With gorgeous graphics throughout, it’s perfect for someone like me who already prefers Winter to Summer or would make a fabulous gift for someone who doesn't enjoy it quite so much. There are fascinating sections on the science behind how winter affects us, along with plenty of tips to help you enjoy the season even more—or to get you through it if you're not a fan. It's a lovely, practical guide for making the most of the cosy months ahead!
