Description
Cohen doesn't ask for much. He just wants to stay out of the torrential rain, to fix his code before the AI launch on Friday, and to have things tidy, predictable, and safe. So when a stolen body part shows up on his doorstep, it really ruins his day.
Advance Praise
"The Dissection and Reassembly of Cohen Hoard is a unique and well-written sci-fi adventure with quirky characters and humorous writing. The story is complicated and developed, and the relationships between the characters are also well-developed and interesting. the story is utterly unique and if left in lesser hands it would be confusing confusing, but Elesa Hagberg has it on lockdown!"
"Set in a futuristic time where AI is commonplace. There is a twisting plot to this story and Cohen Hoard finds himself smack in the middle of figuring out what is going on, and whether he wants to or not. He would rather not. There is plenty of witty dialogue, fun and likable characters, and a bit of heartwarming human element as well. It was a pretty action packed plot as the characters were continually on the move. I love how it was set in Portland, as I spend some time there every year and am familiar with many of the landmarks mentioned in the book. And the weather patterns were perfect and pretty spot on, even if it was meant to occur in the future. A great read that I highly recommend."
