Description
A three-part crime thriller that will challenge your expectations while keeping you on the edge of your seat!
Media that misinforms, credit debts that rob, medical treatments that make us sick, laws that kill. The puppet masters seem to change, but somehow the play always remains the same.
Can we change the course of a game that doesn't allow new players?
••• Part II. •••
The year is 2024 and Ian Dunne’s traces are long lost. No one has heard from him since 2009, a few years after the incident... until she started digging.
And he found her.
She could be an instrument… or a target they would have to remove.
He told her about them – his investors.
She knew about them well; she was an investigative journalist.
In or out – he gave her a choice.
First, she wanted to see for herself.
He took her to their headquarters – he was willing to reveal a part of their plan.
But she saw more. On one of the screens, she saw the island and the 21 red dots over its perimeter.
Now they had to reveal everything.
There was no turning back for either of them. Nor for the world.
The deadline was approaching. There were still four more replacements to be done before the Conference...
They say conscience doesn't make it through the corridors of power.
Perhaps it could?

Zardi Cross does a great job in this entry in this series, it had everything that I was looking for and thought the overall feel worked with the genre. The characters were everything that I wanted and thought the concept was everything that I was looked for. It had that crime thriller element that I wanted and glad it worked overall.
