The Synergy Game : A Journey From Death to Life. This is an honest account of the author's recovery and re-birth from the devastation of unwanted divorce following her husbands betrayal. Each chapter focusses on something that the author used on her path back to her powerful self. The usual things are there, yoga, meditation and getting out in nature to name just a few. However, in between the practicalities, the author tells her own story. The difficulties she faced, the devastation and the elation of the little wins that gradually brought her back to herself. It is ultimately a story of hope, positivity and girl power. At the end of it Georgia is a self confident, successful women, living a life she loves. I think the book will help many people to see light at the end of the tunnel. I really enjoyed it, and can highly recommend it to others.
