It follows Cierra, a deadly operative torn between her mission and a forbidden romance, and Steven, a man just trying to protect his sister—until everything he knows is turned upside down. The tension between duty and desire is done really well, and I loved the unexpected twists. I enjoyed reading it because the chemistry felt real, and the stakes kept rising in a way that made it hard to put down.

Listen, I thought this was gonna be just another tough-girl-hits-on-good-guy story… but nope, Carnal came in HOT. 🔥 Cierra is all badass vibes and inner chaos, and Steven? Major protective bro energy with a splash of confused heartthrob.
