A Note From the Publisher
Francine is a registered counsellor by the British Association of counselling and psychotherapy. She trained to be a psychotherapist in 1980 and had a private practice combined with a job as a director of the family program in a rehab centre in Montreal.
Francine has completed a Master's degree in applied Sports psychology at the University of Wexford California. Francine has been taking an advanced diploma in integrative counselling and currently works with people from all walks of life.
In her spare time, she enjoy sports, cycling and going to the river. Francine also likes to read and enjoys watching her sons playing rugby.
