So many great, easy and quick recipes packed into one book!
What I loved about this cookbook was the chef/author understood that sometimes life can be hectic, so you don't always have time to make a full lunch or dinner! There were some recipes that I adapted due to me being a vegan, but every recipe I tried was quick and easy, not to mention absolutely delicious! I'm going to try a few more recipes, but this book made me excited to cook and I felt that way about cooking in quite some time!
