I've been fascinated by the use of weighted blankets as part of the treatment for autism, chronic pain and other conditions. Having chronic pain myself the topic was of special interest, so I was thrilled to get the opportunity to read and review this book on the topic. While not a long book Parker and Koscinsky cover the evidence in support of weighted blankets, how to choose the right weight and how to best use the blankets, where to get them or how to make them yourselves.
