Description
A passionate historical fantasy novel of desire and treachery and love’s irrevocable destiny.
Born of a Spanish conquistador and an Incan princess, Elenor was the most beautiful woman in a land that touched the stars — the high and exotic Andes, gilded mountains hiding sensual Indian mysteries. With both her parents dead, she is at the mercy of her neurotic and old-fashioned brother, Pascal. Her only true ally is her dear friend and confidante, Beatriz.
Betrothed to a Spanish conqueror, Ignacio, the laws of Elenor’s childhood demanded that she fulfill her promise of marriage. Yet Elenor is fiercely independent and isolated, a combination that fuels her to commit adultery when her heart is captured by a noble wanderer, an Incan prince.
Now there are whispers of her now being a tainted woman and despite her shame she to struggles to forget her Incan prince ...
Is Elenor merely a pawn in a game she doesn’t yet understand?
Cruelly, secretly, he began to exact a harsh toll from her people. An incident with a General that Ignacio has business which proves to Elenor, once and for all, that she must escape and she finds herself with her Incan prince at her side.
Now she understands her true destiny, to become the savior of her land … and a woman possessed of a golden treasure of love.
Fire of the Andes is a searing historical fantasy-romance set in the ancient world of the Incas amongst the towering Andes mountains.
