I thought this book was really well organized and felt like a great way to connect with yourself and turn some bad habits around. In this day and age, we are all so caught up in appearances that nutritional value tends to take a backseat. This book was good for giving reasons why you should and shouldn't eat certain things and was a real call to eat for health versus clothes size. I would definitely recommend this book and will be purchasing the hard copy for myself to add to my bookshelf.
