Great nutrition book for runners of all levels. This book includes up to date research, recipes, and nutrition advice for training and race day. I particularly enjoyed the section detailing healthier alternatives and recipes for popular sports gels, bars, supplements and drinks. Highly recommended!

This book contains a lot of great information for not only athletes but anyone interested in nutrition. There is a lot of basic nutrition information and then deeper understanding of macro and micronutrients, as related to running. There are recipe ideas and ways to cycle your food for better training results. Overall, great read!
