A Note From the Publisher
Heart of a Lawman
The Lone Wolf’s Child
The Rancher’s Vow
Three brothers brought back to their roots — the Curly-Q, a ranch in New Mexico — due to their conniving father’s claim to be dying and wanting to set up a family corporation for his sons. Bart, Chance and Reed had never gotten along with their father or with each other, so what makes them think they will be able to succeed this time? Romantic suspense with both taut thriller scenes and a bit of humor
With 98 novels and more than seven million books in print, New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Patricia Rosemoor is fascinated with "dangerous love"–combining romance with danger.

I highly recommend this book. Looking forward for next book from this author.
I loved this book.. It was well written and a wonderful love story of learning to trust again.
Bart Quarrels was a lawman who left the profession to return home to the Curly Q ranch to help his dying father to help the ranch recover. His wife had been killed a year earlier and he and his kids were still grieving her loss. Bart hoped this move would help them all to heal.
Josie Wallace had amnesia and didn't know who she was but as her memories were slowly returning she was constantly in fear that someone was watching her. She needed a job and a place to stay. When Bart agreed to hire her as his ranch's horse wrangler, she began to remember her love of horses. She had a hard time trusting anyone but somehow she knew that Bart was a good man and trustworthy.
As their feelings began to develop more and more of her memories were returning but could she protect him and his family from the monster who was after her? Would it be better for everyone if she left before anyone got hurt?
I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I found the story to be unique and written rather well. Interesting plot. Good romance.
A good western with as Bart helps solve the mystery of Josie's amnesia. Good first book in the trilogy and looking forward to reading more about this ranching family.
Ebook from netgalley and publishers with thanks. Purchased .
I expected a little more heat between Josie and Bart but the story was definitely exciting.
You're introduced to several men that could possibly be the one from Josie's past that is stalking her. Meanwhile, you get little glimpses of the past she is slowly remembering.
I thought her fake name of Josie Wales was a little cheesy. No one associated it with the Clint Eastwood movie until Bart has his law friend look into Josie? Come on. I thought that would have been obvious.
I gave it 4 stars.
