Chantal ran away from home to escape her abusive father. Now she’s on the run again.

She is wanted by the police in the suspicious death of her pimp boyfriend Nick.

Hector and Carlos are on their way to the home of Vancouver kingpin Jake Cappalletti with ten million fake U.S. dollars when Jake suffers a stroke.

Marty, Jake’s heir apparent, tells Carlos and Hector to hold the cash until the situation stabilizes.

Detectives Jack Willows and Claire Parker are called in to discover who really killed Nick and soon find themselves searching for Chantal.
