Great read! This book helped me understand what is going on in my body. It is so helpful to read a book that can break everything down for you to be able to use in your daily life.
I enjoyed reading the book and it gave me some very good advice.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book courtesy of NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This was a short book. It only took me an hour to read. I didn’t agree with some of the diet suggestions. I did like some of the meditation suggestions. I have read several meditation books and this one gives a simple yet specific suggestion on how to start meditating.

When I opened this book, I was very happy to find that it was short and to the point. There is nothing worse than a book that goes on and on just trying to make a word count. That being said, I found this book had some helpful tips that could be implemented each day. There was a lot of information on meditation and finding the foods that work for you as an individual. Many times, the author would just refer the reader to his or her physician. Although the book had some good tips, I didn't read anything with a wow factor. Everything in the book I had heard of so it really wasn't anything new. A nice, quick read for someone who has never read this type of book before who wants to understand a little more about how to lower their blood pressure and blood sugar levels naturally.
Thank you to Netgalley, Dr. Altshuler Leonid MD, and BooksGoSocial for my ARC in exchange for an honest review.
It was an ok book. It was short and nice, but I have read better books on how to have a better psyche. Still it was a nice book as it was short, and I could read it in an evening, and start making changes right away. I like reading the whole book before starting to make changes in my life because then I know what I am in for.
I really belive that the author had a problem he used a lot of time figuring out, but I do not quite understand why. In most of my short experience, changing your diet is always one of the suggestions to get a better life. The same goes for slowing down. Maybe the health care where I go is more advanced than his?
The opening of the book is really insightful and gives you a working insight into the day The writer leads.!
The book will compliment any PSHvE course sontent.
