This didn't work for me.

The characters near complete ignorance of the world that they lived in was a constant irritation considering the level of curiosity they exhibited. Felt too much as though they were born on page 1.

The upside is that this is an interesting story with a lot going on. It's well plotted and written in an engaging style. The story is pretty unique as well. The downside is the cliffhanger ending, which is a turnoff.

I'm sorry to say I did not read past the first few pages of this book. The writing seemed amateurish and promised nothing that I'd enjoy.

I really wanted to like this book, unfortunately it wasn´t for me. I found it very difficult and confusing to read, but it may be my fault as i´m not familiar with the scientific field, so i found many terms hard to understand. I didn´t feel connected to the characters very much, but I liked Mi the most, I just wished her story got a little more explored. My favorite thing about the book was definitely the themes explored, such as the question of what makes the human being human. I also think the ending wrapped up the story nicely. Overall, it wasn´t my cup of tea, but I think that people that are invloved directly with futuristic technology will love it!
