What I read and what I expected were two different things - and I was happily surprised!

I was expecting a storyline such as Frankenstein, or at least everything within the story being portrayed as negative. I was pleasantly surprised to see a real, possible future procedure landing into a well-rounded, 100% human being who functions as such! With the story explaining how a man can go from really just a being that's mostly just a brain, per se, to a fully-functional person - well, I just couldn't put it down! It does leave me asking the question: could this really be an outcome?

People. - please don't let some of the quirky things in the book description dissuade you from picking up this book! I was hesitant to pick it up, but I'm more than happy I did!

Chinese Conflict left me pondering the ethics surrounding for-profit organ donations in a way I'd never considered. It's full of medical and moral dilemmas that never once crossed my mind.
