Beloved Prodigal: Never So Lost that God Can't Find You by author is a Christian Biblical Fiction. This is the author’s thoughts on what could have occurred. It focuses on the siblings Martha, Lazarus, and Mary.
The author has an endearing style of writing that drew me in. It was interesting to read her perspective of each sibling’s thoughts and actions. I appreciated the amount of research and study done to make this book historically and biblically accurate.
I enjoyed learning some information about daily life and customs of the time that Christ walked on Earth. The characters were nicely designed and relatable. The beautiful message of love and salvation shine brightly throughout this.
I highly recommend this to all lovers of Biblical Fiction. It would make a lovely selection for a small group or reading group. I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. A copy was provided by NetGalley, but these are my honest words.
I enjoyed this. I love to hear different perspectives on what life was like at the time of Christ and this was done in a beautiful way.
I really like this book and it made me think a lot about the stories of the Bible.
The book was an entertaining fictionalization of what COULD have happened during the time of Jesus, Lazarus, Mary & Martha. I don't feel everything was Biblically accurate, but I am aware thats part of the fictional license.
I did think the book was well written & kept the reader coming back for more. I think the author did a good job of gripping the reader and overall it was a good book.
I received this ARC for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

Patricia Annalee Kirk portrays Lazarus, Martha, & Mary in a unique way in Beloved Prodigal. I always find it interesting the different perspectives author employ while also staying Biblically accurate.
