This is interesting!
It's not just about being healthy and living with intention, what I found most interesting were the recipes-the changes you could make to what you eat, how you eat, and the breakdown of physiological processes into simple and easy to understand language.
Of course, when you talk of primal habits what do you mean? The author explains this as 'the baseline habits that drove humanity’s evolution. Prime is irreducible. Primitive. Built within you. You are exquisitely designed from physiology to psychology to thrive in our communal society.'
There are tips on sleep, fasting, the immune system, the skin- and I will admit that the chapter on pee-grossed me out, mainly because I am yet to have a better understanding and acceptance of what comes out of my body- and the thought of using it to improve my immune system-well, that right there still doesn't sit well with me.

Thanks Netgalley and the publisher for the eARC. This would be an ideal read for anyone looking to start making changes to their lifestyle.
