As an Austrian, I loved reading a short book about Mozart. It captured his life and love for music. There was even some new information, for instance, I didn't know he died so young. This definitely is a nice book for children.

The Little People, Big Dreams series has another inspiring story added to the series which will inspire young people and adults alike.
Mozart tells of the musical child prodigy who learned to play and compose music by listening to his sister play the harpsichord. His father took the two children on a tour of Europe where the young boy astounded audiences with his musical understanding. The author's work is accompanied by beautiful, detailed illustrations by Lia Visirin and there is a timeline at the rear of the book which further gives more details of Mozart's life.
This is a great addition to the series.

The entirety of this series is very well done with clear text and illustrations. And Mozart? Well, he ranks right up there, doesn't he? So, the more young people are introduced to Mozart, the better. A good book and an excellent series of primers for the youngsters in your life.

A cute addition to the series. Classical music is truly an art form. I've always been fascinated by this era. And now, more than ever, I want to visit Austria.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher.

It's a lovely and upbeat read. I recently learned that Mozart had an elder sister, which I was previously unaware of. ... a little unhappy that his sister couldn't be as famous as Mozart. And I want to buy a copy of this book because of the gorgeous illustrations!

As with the other books in the Little People, BIG DREAMS this one provides and easy to understand biography. The story of Mozart's life was told in such a nice way that doesn't even feel as if you are learning. And as much as I enjoyed the events in the life of Mozart, I couldn't help but keep wanting to know more about his sister who was forced to stop playing music because she was female in a time that wasn't as understanding.
