I'm not sure how much of this is new information, but it is presented in a logical and systematic way. Leigh explains the reasons for change or stasis, recognizing the cycle of change, and how to implement change and overcome resistance.
This is a book for leaders and influencers. If you sense a change coming, this will give you a structure to approach and take advantage of change.
Each chapter has key takeaways that reinforce and summarize the information so that you could take a team through the book in an abbreviated way - especially for non-readers.
Highly recommended.

I usually read fiction, not non fiction and especially not self help books. So this is unusual for me. However, I didn't need to worry because everything discussed is understandable and even entertaining.
The author takes you an a journey about change and transformation, how to accept and adapt to change and how it influences the individual and the group. She gives examples (Like the Nokia one, that hit hard, completely forgot about it), exercises (so its kind of interactive) and case studies.
This is kind of a guide about how to approach change and consequent transformation with a healthy and positive mindset. I'd say this book is for anyone, no matter age, gender or career, since change is inevitable for us all.
I personally just didn’t really match for this, but I think it repeated a lot of things and although it was really helpful with some tips and pro-quarrels I think it generally just didn’t hit very well for me personally, but this may help other people, but I just think that I was not the ideal customer for this book to be marketed to.
