The well plotted, poignant, and entertaining start of a middle-grade mystery series.
I appreciated the fleshed out characters, the plot that flows and the surprises.
Well done, highly recommended
Many thanks to the publisher for this ARC, all opinions are mine
I highly recommend this book. The content in it is very interesting. The author did a good job in creating this book. Parents have their own flaws, hower, they should share their experiences in life with their childfree to teach them how they can overtime similar situations.
Searching for Lucky #3002 was an interesting middle grade book about a boy searching for answers about his absent father! The book had twists I did not see coming. The author does a great job introducing some grown up topics in a clear and easy to understand way. The illustrations added much to the reading experience. However, I do not agree that the main character, a 10 young old, should go behind his mother’s back to research all this own his own. Had he insisted to know the truth via his mother, I would have given a higher rating. Overall, a well done book that was entertaining while touching on a harder topic!
