The Cozy Christmas Cookbook contains a variety of holiday recipes, from timeless classes to more contemporary favorites, almost all paired with punny seasonal names (and we all know how much I love puns, right??). The cookbook is a middle-of-the-road pick for me; not one I immediately felt the need to own or have in our library's collection, but it was fun one nonetheless.

Recipes to try from this one:
*Mama's Lasagna Cups
*Simply Having a Wonderful Celery Soup (I'm serious, I want to try this one!)
*I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas Nog (I'm hopeful that this one can put me over the line from "liking the *idea* of eggnog to actually *liking* eggnog!)

My thanks to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for the opportunity to peruse this title in exchange for my honest review!

I definitely wasn’t expecting the healthy recipes mixed in here. It was a cool surprise. The recipes didn’t feel healthy though so they will make a wonderful addition to your holiday table.

A fun little holiday cookbook...

With 50 recipes, this is a handy holiday themed cookbook with lots of mashup and a tiny bit of fusion.

Recommend.

This cookbook features 50 recipes ranging from appetisers to desserts, complete with step-by-step instructions and festive tips. Each recipe includes full-colour photographs, making the dishes visually appealing and accessible for home cooks. The measurements are provided in both Imperial and Metric, ensuring it can be appreciated by a global audience.

The design of the book evokes a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of the 1950s and 60s, with kitschy artwork that may appeal to those who appreciate a vintage aesthetic. The recipes are straightforward and suitable for cooks of all skill levels, making it an excellent choice for intergenerational cooking.

Additionally, there is a diverse range of recipes, including options for vegetarians.

This cookbook has some fun recipes to get you in the Christmas spirit no matter the time of the year. I found myself visualizing my table with friends and family enjoying the wreath appetizer and tree charcuterie board. Not only does this book have appetizers, there are also several recipes to warm the hearts and stomachs of those around you. Though the book is slim, this is a great way to get the holidays started.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing for the advance copy. All thoughts are my own.

I love this Christmas cookbook, and am so so so excited to be using it soon! I think the recipes looked so good, and this cookbook had a good range of simple easy recipes to some much more intricate and detailed ones! I think it has something for everyone!!!

Thank you to NetGalley, to the author, and to the publisher for this complementary ARC in exchange for my honest review!!!

This cookbook will get you in the holiday spirit with its festive design and lovely full-page photos of each item. Clever holiday-themed names catch your attention. Recipes are easy to follow and have a reasonable number of ingredients. There were times (especially in the Appetizer section) where I felt that the recipe really wasn't worth including (do we need recipes for making crostini or crudite trays?) However, the book has a nice collection of recipes and the photos made me want to make everything (including the crostini and crudite!) Would be a great holiday gift. .

Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group and NetGalley for providing an advance review copy of this book. My opinions are my own.

This is an adorably festive little book full of interesting holiday recipes. I wouldn't necessarily call them all "holiday" theme, but there are a variety of starters, main dishes, and sides that could be good for every day or as part of a holiday meal at any time of day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

My favorite section is (of course!) the sweet drinks and desserts section. I can't wait to try the vegan "egg" nog recipe made with cashews, almond milk, and dates for a healthier version of the classic, the pumpkin "creme" brulee made with silken tofu, the very merry peppermint patties cookie recipe, and the cozy cinnamon carrot cake that I plan to adapt to be gluten free.

Interestingly, all of the dessert recipes are dairy free, refined sugar free, and vegan as far as I noticed! Most of the other recipes are dairy free (or with dairy free variations) and most are vegetarian with a few exceptions.

Overall a sweet little holiday book to gift or keep for yourself! :)

I received a copy of this eBook from netGalley for a honest review,

I loved the Christmassy foods and meals in this book. It would work all year round with a few tweaks but is a wonderfully fun cookbook for the Christmas season.

Everything I wanted from a Christmas cookbook - this certainly got me in the festive mood. There’s a beautiful, mouthwatering photo accompanying each recipe in the book, so you know what you’re aiming for, The recipes are perfect for the holiday season, whether you’re hosting a gathering, or having a quiet night in. There’s something for everyone, from charcuterie boards, to vegan macaroni cheese, to Christmassy cocktails.
Would definitely recommend.

With thanks to the publisher, and to NetGalley, for an e-ARC to read and review.

Super cute cookbook that would be absolutely perfect for beginners in the kitchen!
I was so glad to see some inclusive recipes, such as a vegan Mac and Cheese (which I am so looking forward to trying!).
I’d have loved to see more vegan and/or gluten-free recipes, but I was glad that this cookbook included at least a few. I think my biggest disappointment with this cookbook was that the recipes didn’t seem particularly “Christmas-y” to me.

Thank you so much for allowing me to read this on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review!

This book is so cozy and inviting you can't help but flipping to the next page to see what recipe is next. The recipes are simple yet beautiful making it great gift for a bridal shower or for someone who is just getting into cooking. The photos are bright and colourful which adds to the entire experience. These photos offer those new to hosting or laying a table a simple yet beautiful road map to creating the Christmas magic we are all chasing after.

These recipes also easily transfer over into everyday recipes to be enjoyed year round making it a wonderful cost effective investment or gift.

Amazing recipes, can't wait for Christmas season.
There are 50 recipes, some vegan, some sweet along with anecdotes and tips.
It's good for oneself but also as a christmas present.

This is a very cute, festive cookbook that gets you in the holiday spirit! I have to admit I'm partial to the recipes that are overtly Christmas-y (like the Rudolph burgers and the appetizer wreath) but there wasn't anything in here that didn't look delicious.

(Thank you to NetGalley and the author for providing me with a free digital copy in exchange for an honest review.)

I don't think I have seen a cookbook that was more beautiful than this one The pictures in this book were stunning I also feel that the recipes were well written and there was a really nice variety of different recipes so that there's something for everyone in the book It's very much inclusive in the fact that I think that anyone that looks at this book you could find at least one if not two or three recipes for every single person that they would enjoy Now I did love all the recipes and I did love the The wide selection of different options for recipes but again my favorite part was the pictures the photography and the overall artwork in this book was absolutely stunning It is perfect for the holidays and perfect for Christmas and I think this would make a really amazing Christmas present for so many different people

Cozy is just the right word to describe this cookbook. Pictures are appetizing. The appetizers are ones I would honestly do all year round and not just around Christmas. Very short though, wish there were more recipes!

This book is so cute!! Perfect for anyone hosting or going to a holiday party this year, and a lot of the recipes aren't just holiday centric and can be used year round for entertaining. I'm particularly excited to try the Double Hot Chocolate with Snowy Whipped Coconut Cream. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are listed in both weight and volume which is always super helpful! I would recommend this to any home baker and can't wait to gift to a few as well.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and the publisher for providing and advanced copy in exchange for my honest opinion!

The Cozy Christmas Cookbook is an easy to follow, holiday based meal book that will spice up your traditional menu. The recipes fairly short and I love that they do not require atrocious amounts of ingredients per meal. Most recipes will have a photo that clear depict the meal you will be making. Overall, the book will provide great rotational items into an traditional meal or new funding options for our next dinner party.
