Queer adventure novel.

Much emphasis on queer.

Characters spend a lot of time in the first few chapters recalling events of the previous book where they were nearly killed. Made me think there were going to be many more of those events in this book. I’m not much of a fan of that sort of edge of my seat reading.

Neil Laird does a great job in writing this satirical fiction novel. I loved that Jared was a time-traveler and enjoyed the idea of messing with history. The characters were wonderfully written and had that element that I was looking for and enjoyed the story and world.

This novel is a wonderful page-turning escape, but it's more than that. Neil Laird's Prime Time Travelers merges Egypt's exciting history with the mindset of today for a well-written and entertaining book.

This will leave you both satisfied and longing for more.
