A terrific guide to starting the carnivore diet. There is a lot of information on the how’s & why’s, along with a sample meal plan included with recipes.

Please check with your doctor before starting any diet. This diet won’t work for me because my family has a history of heart disease so the meats would be minimal for me.

This would be a 4 star if there were pictures included with the recipes.

I was so excited to read this book as I am new to the carnivore diet. I like that it is for beginners so it was easy to read and follow. I learned so much - how the body metabolizes food, delicious recipes, and many tips to keep me on plan. It's a simple approach that didn't overwhelm me - like other books on the market.

I look forward to continuing my 30 day bootcamp - day 5 and I'm on a roll!

This is an excellent introduction to the hows and why of going with a carnivore diet. It shows the differences between the keto and carnivore diets, which was very interesting to me, as I generally eat keto. It also gave a lot of scientific reasons why a carnivore diet is healthy. I would highly recommend reading this if you're interested in different diets. I believe that every body is different, and some people do well on carnivore, keto, vegetarian, Whole 30, etc. But it's always good to educate yourself and try something new if you haven't found what works for you!

I knew absolutely nothing about the carnivore diet before starting to read The 30-Day Carnivore Boot Camp. After finishing, I can say that though it might not be for me, I am far more knowledgeable and so would be any reader. The book includes a ton of information, including some recipes and examples of what to eat at restaurants. The appendix has additional information; I just wish that maybe the BM information didn't lead right into meat types. This would be a great resource for anyone wanting to explore the carnivore diet more closely.
