A woman's husband passes, quickly in this book. She moves to a new place, feeling she needs a fresh start.
She realizes there's a lot more to the town than meets the eye.
The cover on this book was lovely, and the premise was good. But, it ended abruptly, and it was almost like the author This was almost likethe author had a lot of ideas, and just pushed them together into a novel.
Thank you to Troubador Publishing and NetGalley for a digital ARC of this title in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

Grace's husband has passed and she decides to visit Devon. Paradise Cove sounds like the change she needs but when someone tries to kill her she doesn't feel safe at all.
This is book I read in a morning and rather enjoyed. It is winderfully written and the story is beautfully told.
I loved the way the story progressed and I felt scared for Grace. I wanted to know the who's and why's...
A brilliant shortish story and very enjoyable..

A woman moves to a beautiful new place after the death of her husband. However, soon after moving there, someone tries to kill her. She soon realizes this paradise is not so great.
This sounded so interesting, but it was not what I expected. It seemed to be a novella or short story? There was no indication of this in the description, but it was very short. That is not inherently a problem, but the writing was so choppy and for a short book, it meant that it never really came together.

After the death of her husband, Gracie leaves her home and friends in London to begin a new life with her children. She moves to Worcester, then takes a holiday in Devon and finds a beautiful cove near a quarry and a picturesque windmill and decides to call it Paradise Cove! Well this was definitely one of the shortest books I’ve read! At least it seemed that way?! It was a decent read but I was very shocked that it ended so quickly! I guess it really wasn’t for me?! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
