There are some beautiful, nature-inspired poems included in this short book. I enjoyed how Ross Daniel Baker moved through the year with each season being a new section of the book. Not only did the he move through the various seasons of nature, but I also equated it the the seasons of our lives and could see a lot of imagery there. I also like that the author wrote using various poetry types and layouts to maintain interest as well as to evoke various emotions. There were some poems in this book that I loved and some not so much, but overall, a nice volume of poetry.
