If you have any responsibility for managing supplier contracts in your organisation then I suggest that you make space on your bookshelf for this book. It is extremely informative and provides comprehensive guidelines and structures that can be used whenever needed. Whilst the book may confirm what you already know, more importantly it highlights what you don't know before it's too late.
