Wow, this is another gorgeous book from Nourish Books. Beautiful photography, tons of very useful information and recipes that will make you and yours very happy indeed.

I am already totally head over heels in love with my wok and this book has given me a whole load more reasons to crank up the heat and fill my home with delicious aromas and lots of tasty food. The book is split up into different sections, starting with the detailed information section all about wok cooking and some history, followed by sections on different types of food, Appetizers and Soups, Salads and Sides, Noodles and Rice, Meat, Poultry, Fish and Seafood and Vegetarian. There are so many delicious sounding recipes such as Yum cha salmon buns and pork jungle curry, together with old favourites like chow mein and pad thai.

All together a beautiful and mouthwatering book.
